1. Orders Orders will be filled on a first come, first
serve basis. Some varieties are in limited supply. Our minimum order is
$25.00 (not including shipping).
2. Payment in full, including shipping and packaging fees. (Florida
residents please include sales tax at 6%), sent with your order. We
except checks or money orders. We
no longer except credit cards due to the excessive expense.
3. Shipping unless air shipment is requested, will be shipped Priority
Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping and packaging charges will be: East of the Rockies - $8.50 plus .40 each rhizome. West of the Rockies - $11.50 plus .40 each rhizome. Any overage will be billed to
customer. Sorry for the increase, they really went up on us last year. For
other types of shipping, please call for prices. We will need a physical
street address, along with a telephone number, and or E-mail address. We can
not ship to a post office box. When Irises arrive please place them in a
shallow container of water for 24 hours or until you are ready to plant.
4. Substitutions will be made only with your permission. At the bottom
of the order form please list several cultivars that you would like just in
case we are unable to fill every item on your order list. When no substitutes
are listed we will refund.
5. Extra's are included with all orders unless you specify not to on
the order form.
6. Guarantee: Plants are guaranteed to arrive in healthy condition and
true to name, but we can not assume responsibility after plants arrive, as we
have no control over growing methods or weather conditions.
